We are looking for an experienced Florist Studio Manager with a creative flair who takes pride in their work and has a passion for great customer service.
You will be responsible for ordering, buying, making vases and delivering with help of other team members including a contracts team driver.
You will design some of the contract vases as well as some events that we are working on.
We are a very small and friendly team working with a vast range of clients and projects.
We are looking for somebody who works well independently, while also being a good team member.
Tasks:
Designing all contracts assigned to you
Ordering and purchasing flowers based on budgets and specific costings
Maintaining contract flowers throughout the week
Developing and maintaining good relationships with contract clients
Respond to any queries or complaints in relation to the contracts
Experience:
High level of flower design and flower knowledge
Passionate, creative and resourceful
Excellent verbal and written English
Highly organised and self-motivated individual who works well under pressure
Full clean driving licence (Manual)
