Job Description:
Responsible for, answering and dealing with client telephone calls in a timely and professional manner as and when required. Ensure a high level of customer service when dealing with clients on a face to face basis and make sure that clients orders for collection are dealt with accurately. Ensure that unit area is kept tidy, presentable and attractive to clients. Proactively sell plant stock. Any other duties as and when required by management.
Skills and attributes required:
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. We require a hardworking individual who is able to work in a team and also use their own initiative. Must be able to respond well to pressure, the start time for this role is early hours of the morning so candidates will need excellent time management skills. You will also need a proven track record of dealing with clients on a face to face basis.
Preferred skills:
Knowledge of the horticultural industry or a keen interest in plants.
