We are hiring for an exciting new role.

The Real Flower Company is looking to hire a manager for our brand new retail store in the NW6 area of London.

We are a sustainable flower farmer and florist with the reputation as a luxury brand. Specialising in exquisitely scented roses, English flowers, herbs and foliage grown on our own English and Fairtrade sustainable farms.

The manager of this new shop will have:

• At least three years’ experience as a senior florist, with first-class organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Be good at managing people and building an efficient and happy team.
• Be ambitious and up for the challenge of finding new business in the area for wedding and event work, as well as general footfall into the shop.
• Have a full, clean, UK driving licence, and be confident to drive a van, and ideally be over 25
• Be available to work some Saturdays/Sundays
• Be hard working and enthusiastic
