Based in the Market’s Food Exchange building, Mission Kitchen is a shared workspace for independent food businesses, offering flexible access to commercial kitchens, co-working space and inspiring events. “We’ve hand-picked a selection of edible creations, all sourced from our community of independent food makers,” says Mission Kitchen Co-founder Charlie Gent. “There are only a limited number of hampers available, so order yours now to avoid disappointment.”

Mission Kitchen's first gift hamper showcases the amazing start-up businesses based at the market, giving more people the chance to taste their products for themselves. Highlights include Chilli Garlic Relish by Yep Kitchen (a Sichuan-inspired relish, made with fresh and dried chillies, guaranteed to spice any dish); Mulled Wine Chocolate Truffles by Pastry Innovations (handcrafted chocolate truffles with the festive flavour of mulled wine); and Christmas Pudding Nut Butter by Two Nods Nut Butter (a festive special-edition winter peanut butter, with fruit and spices).
