A very talented group of carol singers from Covent Garden Market Authority were in the Flower Market from 8am this morning, in a bid to ramp up the Christmas cheer and raise a few bob for charity.
Their festive tunes raised not just spirits on a cold December morning, but also £140 for City Harvest. All those involved all agreed this should now become an annual tradition. The CGMA Choir will be out again next year with greater fanfare, a Buyers’ Walk edition, and buckets shaken for more charities.
