National audit, tax, advisory and consulting firm, Crowe UK, has been appointed by Covent Garden Market Authority (CGMA) to provide audit and tax compliance services.

As part of the engagement, Crowe will provide independent audit services and wider compliance support in line with applicable regulatory and reporting requirements. This work will support the Authority in meeting its statutory obligations as it continues its redevelopment and strategic transformation of New Covent Garden Market.

The engagement will be led at Crowe by Corporate Audit Partner Mark Sisson and Corporate Tax Partner Simon Crookston and supported by Crowe specialists across disciplines including tax, IT audit and data analytics.
