Traders are gearing up for a special day - the coronation of King Charles III - which brings big orders and closed roads to navigate.
Asparagus is still a key line, along with peas and broad beans.
Berries are another - with English strawberries now underway. Wild strawberries, pineberries and Tulameen raspberries also in season. UK outdoor rhubarb is also in its prime.
Other UK highlights include Jersey Royals, Cornish new potatoes, purple sprouting and salad crops.
It's the start of stone fruit season: peaches; nectarines; cherries; and apricots. Right now, it's still a bit early but quality and prices will rapidly improve.
Garlic is a good call. There's wild garlic and wet or 'new' garlic.
This is a huge bunch of chandelier garlic.
Beans include Borlotti and yellow from the Continent. You will find a large range of tomatoes, including Marinda (below) and Vesuvius.
Other European lines include artichokes, Swiss chard, courgettes, radish and radicchio.
European Morel season is just underway. Mousseron is another (cheaper) option.
Want something unusual? This is an Italian cucumber variety known as Barettiere, which is sometimes used by chefs for its seeds which are akin to caviar.
