The Fruit & Vegetable and Flower Markets at New Covent Garden Market will remain open during the Platinum Jubilee double Bank Holiday – June 2nd and 3rd – and there will be wholesalers operating throughout. However, some of the traders will be closed on one or both of those days, in order to observe Her Majesty The Queen’s Jubilee celebration, and we would stress the importance of contacting your supplier/s in advance, to establish their opening hours over the period.
In the Food Exchange, Mission Kitchen will remain open from 08.00 to 22.00 on both days, but most other tenants will be closed.
Please also not that the Market Post Office will be shut for the whole of that week – from Monday 30th May to Sunday June 5th.
