Bruce White started in New Covent Garden Market in 1985, working for his Dad selling for several small mushroom farms around the South East of England. From Bruce’s contacts with an Irish supplier, Bulldog Mushrooms was founded and quickly became the second biggest mushroom outlet in New Covent Garden Market.

For the next decade, Bruce sourced from many Irish suppliers and became the biggest mushroom company in the market. In the early 2000s, following some research, Bulldog Mushrooms also became the first Wholesaler in the UK to source directly from Poland.

Today, Bulldog Mushrooms has cemented relationships with numerous suppliers across the world, providing the finest mushrooms to wholesalers, foodservice, processors and retail customers across the UK.
