European Speciality Foods (formerly known as European Salad Company), is a wholesaler of fruit, vegetables and salads.

The firm specialises in Continental produce, particularly French salad items, which are imported direct from Rungis Market in Paris. It also imports premium fresh produce direct from Milan, plus quality dry, tinned and frozen goods, including Boiron fruit purees.

ESF is the sister company of Hilliard Brothers, a fresh produce wholesaler and distributor supplying independent supermarkets, retailers, farm shops and the catering industry within London and around the South East.

European Speciality Foods receives daily deliveries from France and Italy and serves some of the leading restaurants and caterers in the capital. It operates from refrigerated warehouses in both London and Paris and has its own articulated and refrigerated transport fleet.  It also offer a specialist buying and haulage service.
