Following up with customers to check their satisfaction, ensuring a 10/10 customer experience from initial enquiry to execution. At peak periods such as Christmas you will be taking and scheduling a large volume of corporate workshop bookings. You will be expected to schedule this effectively so that we realise the optimum number of bookings spread out across the period.

• You will be a main point of contact in the team for all operational questions and concerns, solving them or passing on to the appropriate team member as necessary.

It is paramount that you are forward thinking and always planning ahead; working calmly and efficiently under pressure is crucial.
