We are a busy flower shop and floristry events / wedding business. We are looking to a expand our hard-working talented floristry team. You will be working as a florist in our established Exmouth Market Store. You will work on the shop floor in the shop serving customers, making online flower orders and will be trained on making our off-the-peg collection.

There is lots of opportunity for growth for the right candidate as we are an expanding and very diverse business. You will however be expected to muck in so a very strong work ethic and ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure is critical.

You will be working directly with our very experienced Head Florist Emily who needs lots of support in maintaining and growing our floristry business; she has lots of knowledge and skill to share in return.

In order to apply you must have some hands on Floristry experience, ideally at least one year working as a florist. Candidates without work experience as a florist will not be considered. You must be passionate about a career in floristry, hard working and a strong team player. Having a driving licence would be a bonus. As would having enthusiasm to teach floristry workshops.

Competitive pay. Working 35-40 hours a week across 4-5 days.
