Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager or Floral Events Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our thriving floral business. Based in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, this role requires relocation to the Caribbean and a commitment of 3-5 years. The successful candidate will manage a dynamic team and ensure the seamless execution of our floral operations, with a primary focus on events, weddings, and retail.

Key duties of the role include:
· Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectively
· Excellent eye for design – visual merchandising and floral design
· Computer literacy – Gmail, Microsoft docs, Google drive etc.
· Sales knowledge
· A full, clean driving license is essential to this role

Hours of Work:
There are no normal working hours for this role. Weekends will be busy. A typical work week in TCI is 44 hours. This is a full-time position and we ask for a commitment of two years.
