Junior Florist (Freelance)
Willow & Maw – Regent Street, London

We are looking for a Junior Florist to join the team, based at our Regent Street shop. This is a freelance role suited to someone at the very beginning of their floristry journey, ideally currently studying floristry, or with a strong interest in flowers and design.

This is a hands-on position working alongside Lucy, offering the opportunity to learn directly on the job and develop skills within a growing brand.

Pay:
Minimum Wage

Hours:

Monday: 7:00am – 11:00am
Saturday: 11:00am –3:00pm
Total: 8 hours per week
There will also be opportunities for additional hours and events experience during busy periods

About the Role:
You will support with the day-to-day running of the shop, including preparing flowers, assisting with bouquets, maintaining the space, and helping ensure everything is ready for service and prepped for events.

Responsibilities:

• Conditioning and preparing flowers and foliage
• Assisting with bouquet making and wrapping
• Maintaining the shop floor and back-of-house space
• Supporting with deliveries and general shop tasks
• Helping prepare for events and orders

About You:

• A genuine interest in flowers and design
• Ideally studying floristry (not essential)
• Reliable, punctual, and happy with early starts
• Calm, attentive, and willing to learn
• Takes pride in detail and presentation
• Enjoys working as part of a small team
